Log in to your Mumzworld account and click on "My Profile" to easily update your phone number or email, then hit "Save" to confirm.
To change your address, simply go to "Delivery Adresses" and add the updated address.

Processing: This means your order has been confirmed and is now being prepared for you.
Shipped: Your order has left the Mumzworld Warehouse! You will receive an email and SMS confirming its dispatch.
Delivered: Hooray! Your order has been delivered to the address you provided.
Canceled: This indicates that your order has been canceled, either by you or by us.
Closed: Your order was returned, and a refund is ready to be processed.

At mumzworld.com our priority is you! We aim to deliver all items within 2 to 3 working days in the UAE, 5 to 10 working days in the GCC, 7 to 12 working days international shipments.

Your order might ship in multiple deliveries, meaning items may arrive separately. Rest assured, all parts of your order will reach you within the expected delivery timeframe.
